I met up with the folks from Handa for an enkai. It was my farewell party. The event was on the formal side. Everyone seemed energetic and had a good time. It was held in a small restaurant just below a bridal company. The funny thing was the rooms had been moved and no one was notified. So, we started out in a room that was fully decorated for a forthcoming wedding. Then eventually found the correct room. After dinner, a few of the teachers, kyouto-sensei, kouchou-sensei and I had gone out to karaoke. Everyone sang some old song that I've never heard of.
